Finished!

The new children’s ministry wing is completed. The cross is standing tall outside the front of the building. The kitchen has doubled in size. The seminar room has expanded to hold 50% more people. Storage space has more than doubled. The parking is scheduled to be paved next month. Well, I guess we are not quite finished but we are 95% there.

God has been so good in providing all that we need, when we needed it. Every classroom is being used, the seminar room already has events scheduled in it, and the various ministry teams and events are filling up our extra storage space. The reason God has given us a building is to fill it and use it and as I look at all that is happening we are being faithful to do just that.

God’s provision through your faithful giving has provided for the initial cost for this expansion. When we first sought God on whether we should move forward on this project we were overwhelmed by the finances that came in and the pledges that this church made. We continue to trust in the provision of our father to take care of the rest as we now look to paying off the loan and seeking God for further needs that we have!

Apart from our wives, no one does more to support us in serving you than the folks working in the office.  So we wanted to take this opportunity to thank them for their behind-the-scenes roles.

Judy Snyder is willing to serve whenever and wherever the Lord desires. She does so in quietness and and meekness. The office has been blessed by the way she has stepped in to serve part time helping us keep the financial books as well as running errands so the rest of the ladies can focus on the tasks they have to do. She is a vital part of our office . Judy is a joy to have around and she does well as she uses her gifts for the kingdom of God.

If you are impressed with how the building looks, thank Mike. If you think the property or the facility looks well kept, thank Mike. If you attend a special event or class at KingsWay, know that Mike Parrish has had a hand in it somehow. Mike serves with excellence and diligence. He is an example of working hard and giving your all in what you do. Mike serves the Lord will all his heart and we are the ones who receive the benefits. Thank the Lord for Mike.

Apart from our wives, no one does more to support us in serving you than the folks working in the office.  So we wanted to take this opportunity to thank them for their behind-the-scenes roles.

We are so blessed to have such a wonderful example of humble servanthood in our office manager. Jeanie Ingram has such a sensitive heart and a desire to serve the church and its pastors and this is expressed in her sacrificial giving of her time and energy. Jeanie comes to work on not office days wherever we have special things needing to be done or we have extremely heavy weeks. She shows care to all of the office girls by helping them manage their responsibility and build team work. It is very evident that God has captured Jeanie’s heart and it is expressed in the way she serve us all. -James
